THE OVERALL FOUNDATION STUDIO CARRIED A SERIES OF STUDY ON UNDERSTANDING THE PERCEPTION OF THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE AND WHAT ARE THEIR NEEDS, WHICH LED TO A SERIES OF READINGS ON URBAN COMMONS, DEEP DEMOCRACY AND EQUITY AND JUSTICE. BY UNDERSTANDING THESE SUBJECTS AND DOING QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS ON THE EXISTING SCENARIO OF LIVING CONDITIONS OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE CHAWLS. SANITATION BECAME A VERY IMPORTANT SUBJECT TO SOCIALLY EMPOWER THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE CHAWLS FOR THEIR BETTER GROWTH IN THE FUTURE AND ALSO MAINTAIN THE UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS WHICH THEY HAVE AS A PART OF THEIR CULTURE AND HISTORICAL BACKGROUND.
