The land between Sabarmati river and Asarwa is occupied by people from different cast, culture and religion. Each community lives in their own groups . Each settlements ensure the interaction within community. Inter-community interaction is an unavoidable thing for a successful society, which is lacking in the study stretch. 
 Shahibaug is a residential neighbourhood used by many different communities having different religion and economic status. even-though people from different communities are using this junction there is no quality interaction happening between them because of absence of a space to induce interaction. This project is an attempt to achieve it.
