The course led us on a journey to comprehend even the smallest aspects involved in the creation of a window, as well as to learn about the mechanical engineering component that underpins its operation and apply it practically. The course assisted us in comprehending the behavior and actions of forces in any type of structure, whether it be low-rise or high-rise, and how to control them by establishing a path for load transfer, eventually dissipating the forces underground, integrating all building services within it, and creating a dynamic envelope around it. The workshop also looked at how to use the previously mentioned information in real-world situations and the significance of paying attention to even the smallest details in a structure.
