The site situated amidst vast lands & dense trees offers exquisite views of mountains & flatlands. The site from a narrow path throws a person open to a wider region full of subtle buildings around. It is an explicit composition of courtyards which turns into interactive water bodies during monsoon. The proposed building is located to the corner of the site which opens itself to the north-east part of the site followed by a garden that opens out to the farmlands in the east. The L-shaped organization of services can result in a large common space facing north.
