Project Majdoor: Humanizing Labour History

Project Majdoor aims to create a provocative curation that questions the facelessness of labourers by speculating on their lives beyond the construction site through the archival evidence from Pune's PWD archives. The intention is to try and put forth a newer narrative by weaving bits from the archival documents, and humanizing the way a labourer is being portrayed.
