Studio started with the exercises to understand the space making theories and aspect of humane nature of built form. The site was located at Dhanvantri garden, Ahmedabad in residential neighborhood with few necessary retail activity. The program was to redevelop the neighborhood with concept of humane nature in vertical densification.
Followed up to learnings and critical understanding of existing site, activities and human behavior, conceptual activity patterns and abstractions were developed. These abstract diagrams resulted into physical architectural form defining a space. The design was intervened at three different stages of master planning (conceptual), central space design to edge residential condition.
