CURATED LANDSCAPE

Urban population experiences nature predominantly through their interaction with mosaics of interconnected, often multi-functional green spaces such as parks, gardens and incidental green spaces. These natural settings can be demonstrated as a network of ecological niches within the city. Each fostering a biological value; if delineated from the shift towards decorative practices. Further these spaces can be historic sites or burial grounds which truly are pristine in nature. The case demonstrates how a burial ground can be perceived as a living system for the city!
