The Le sample building ingeniously reintroduces the site’s old programme. A small-scale vineyard provides a beautiful grapevine experience amidst the urban landscape of Bagnolet. The addition of a new tower features temporary living serviced apartments with numerous amenities along the vertical. Guests and visitors possess the opportunity to participate in the winery’s harvesting and winemaking processes. Fine wine tasting and dining are hosted on the terraces, fostering interaction between visitors and residents. The cost-effective vertical affords guests a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding vineyards.
