The Storm Vault

In a city of shifting skies—parched and pouring—The Storm Vault unfolds as a landscape that listens and adapts. Water shapes its form, arriving and retreating, leaving behind meadows, mirrors, and memory. This living terrain holds, filters, and revives, blurring the line between utility and poetry. With each seasonal shift, it becomes anew. The project aims to create a resilient, water-sensitive park that restores groundwater, nurtures biodiversity, and offers people a space that breathes with nature’s rhythms. “The richness of a place lies in its ability to transform.” — Kongjian Yu
