Art gallery / Commercial tower

TO PROPOSE AN INTERACTIVE SPACE WHERE PUBLIC CAN HAVE MORE FLUID APPROACH THROUGH THE STRUCTURE, THE BOTTOM FLOORS HAVE BEEN OPENED WITHOUT AFFECTING THE MAJOR SCOPE OF THE MASTER PLAN OR OTHER STRUCTURES AROUND THEREBY ACTIVATING THE BOTTOM FLOORS OF THE STRUCTURE TO MAXIMUM HOURS OF DAY AND HAVE ORGANIC FLOW OF PUBLIC THROUGH THE BOTTOM PARTS OF THE STRUCTURE. THE UPPER FLOORS CAN WORK IN COMMERCIAL REALM TO CATER TO VISION OF THE MASTER PLAN AND STRIKING A BALANCE BETWEEN BUSINESS AND HUMAN INTERACTION. FOR EXAMPLE, THE UPPER FLOORS CAN WORK AS A COMMERCIAL SPACE WHICH ACTIVATES THE BUILDING FOR MOST OF THE DAY WHILE THE LOWER FLOORS ARE ALWAYS ACTIVE BECAUSE OF ITS APPROACH TOWARDS PUBLIC REALM OR HAVING MORE INTERACTIVE APPROACH. THE FLOW OF PUBLIC CAN BE LIMITED TO THE PUBLIC SPACES WHILE THE UPPER FLOORS CAN BE LEFT ISOLATED FUNCTIONALLY YET ORGANICALLY CONVERGING INTO PRIVATE COMMERCIAL BODIES.
