GIFT city , Ahmedabad is planned as a Central Business District. The project regenerates the area as a high quality, mixed use district of residential, along with the commercial and open space facilities that also optimize land and real eastate values. The 125 high sky scrapper is a part of the GIFT City, Ahmedabad. The proposed building is a commercial tower that consists of offices, restaurant and recreational spaces at different interval levels.
