The notion of a market is a highly active, densely populated area where several consumers and sellers come together to exchange goods and services. While looking at a market one needs to understand how a user can get engrossed in the space. So, this possibility is due to the program i.e. for instance if it is an artisans shop, one needs to see and experience the process of carving out a sculpture from wood and get engrossed in the process rather than buying stuff behind a dead glass wall. So, engrossment with varying degrees of ambiguity in the market would eventually lead to enhancing the experience of selling the product and buying.
