Duality of making and selling

The studio emphasizes on the study of a particular attribute of the built environment with the help of its signifiers. This exercise is started primarily by understand and proposing a meaningful project in the Mandvi site. This proposal for a selling market is then defined by the characteristic of "DUALITY" which is then carefully studied using its signifiers, modelling to arrive at the right degree of duality required for the project. This prototype is then detailed more meticulously to arrive at the lakda bazaar project.
