OASIS ESTATE

After conducting thorough research on the site, my findings indicate that a significant portion of the workforce in this Ahmedabad IT Centre comprises individuals who are not originally from Ahmedabad. This observation is attributed to the dynamic nature of the center, which attracts professionals from various locations who seek employment opportunities here. Given that many of these individuals will need a place to reside, it becomes essential to provide suitable accommodation that not only fulfills their residential needs but also includes a designated workspace. Consequently, it becomes imperative to have sufficient space available, especially for those who live with their parents in addition to other individuals. Ideally, the accommodation should consist of two to three bedrooms, recognizing that these will be the primary requirements for the residents. By offering such suitable living arrangements, we can not only foster a thriving community but also entice individuals from other cities to relocate closer to their places of employment. This approach will create a mutually beneficial scenario, catering to the housing needs of employees while simultaneously encouraging local economic growth.
