Koteshwar is a site located far away from daily urban life. A location like this is optimal for designing an old age housing project with its Sabarmati river views and local temple access. Prior case studies of housing  projects were done to better understand how to inculcate culture, dwelling, form and space in the designs. The project aims at providing a housing of 30 2-bhk units, distributed over 5 levels. Engagement with elements such as green spaces, various ancillary spaces and easy access to the elderly were inculcated with the design process.
