The design emphasizes simplicity, harmony, and spiritual well-being, with stacked units at level elevation to maximize room, light, and ventilation. A tranquil Jain temple is located in the center of the complex, providing inhabitants with a space for daily meditation and thought. The architecture combines contemporary living with cultural values to generate a sense of community, tranquility, and belonging.
