A tale of co-existence between water

The project caters for learning, training and researching about water & its management as an institute. The institute acts as open learning as well as part of it acting as a public recreational space in the city. It also allows schooling institutes to collaborate & conduct tours as a learning course about water & its techniques.
The adjacent treatment plant does not use the water from the river to make it potable because of its higher turbidity. And so the institute also illustrates the treatment of higher turbidity water from the river in addition to the unused water coming out of the adjacent existing treatment plant. Both types of water are treated as a part of an open flowing water system.
