The intent was to create a sense of community and identity among the cloth vendors of the law garden. On mapping the neighbourhood it was apparent the lack of meaningful connections among the vendors. Thus, the project is a Community Centre for the vendors. The spatial qualities of the built form is described through a narrative. The protagonist is a bluebird who aspires to become a human watcher but the mundaneness of urban life and the overdependence of humans on trade comes in her way. Her aspirations find new hope when she stumbles upon this building.
