The name "Geodunes" encapsulates the idea of a project which rises from the landscape like dunes from the earth. The design of the community science center in Lekawada, Gandhinagar aims to create an intellectually stimulating environment that sparks curiosity, promotes learning, and enriches the lives of both the people of the adjoining village as well as visitors from afar. The design attempts to blend with its natural surroundings instead of standing out to create a space that will eventually belong to the place as much as it belongs to the people. The architectural ethos revolves around connection and integration.
