Manoeuvring Footprints : Defining a New Pedagogy

The aim was to design spaces that strive to promote introspective learning, following the ideology that true knowledge can be attained through meditation, peering inside oneself, quenching genuine curiosities, self dependency, seeking interactive guidance, etc. The design plans to achieve this through working on the interaction of spaces with each other, with their surroundings and inter- connectedness with each other. There’s an emphasis on the movement through these spaces. A meditative state of mind can easily be achieved through long walks. All villagers, students, educators, craftsman, specialists, etc. are invited to use the path alike and impart knowledge. The spaces are a function of path itself and intend on being a unique experience for user each time they are utilized.
