Cluster Plan- The flooring attempts at diminishing the borders of the private housing unit and merge it with surrounding cluster spaces. The cluster is an extension of the home

Site Plan- a tapestry of spaces that creates communities of different age groups across the site, blurring both a zoning of communities horizontally and vertically and the hard massing above the ground.

Parking Plan- Two one-way entry-exit ramp that enter a driveway, lit by cutouts around the vertical core. Inclusion of all services- STP, UGWT, Chiller Systems and Garbage collection and pickup below the chute - all near the entry or exit ramp for easy service accessibility.
