A Place for Prayer

A prayer is not only solitary, confined and concentrated but can also be communal, joyous and celebratory. The idea was to create a large spanning roof that would allow people to gather and also at the same time be able to connect to the ephemeral. This was done in the form of the roof as well as with the help of the play of light and shadows to create illusions which creates the idea of a larger being.
