SHIKSHA RATH : ANGANWADI ON WHEELS

The proposed portable or mobile Anganwadi is a modular, pre-fabricated structure designed to serve 20-25 children during the day and function as a study center or community space at other times. Fully portable and easily assembled without wet construction, it includes reusable mobile amenities like water tanks, toilets, and a kitchen, making it adaptable to any site. The design is scalable, cost-effective, and mass-producible, extending usable space into streets with its kinematic frame assembly. This innovative solution improves the quality of life, health, and education for children while addressing infrastructure challenges in urban slums.
The design will prioritize MODULARITY, COST-EFFECTIVE, MULTIPURPOSING, REUSING and RELOCATING ANGANWADI TO NEW RENT SITE EVERY FEW MONTHS and VERSATILE ADAPTABILITY TO ALL PLOT SIZES.
