The design concept attempts to create a homely and serene ambiance amidst an otherwise hectic office environment. A traditional house set-up served as inspiration, where yielding buildings form an inner courtyard—a lawn where intermediaries engage casually or semi-formally. The stone-paved "veranda"/pathway surrounding this courtyard sits under the shade of canopy trees that encourage casual conversations. Each seating block resembling a "room," is defined by hedging greenery and gradually moves from public to private spaces. Bamboo groves mark these boundaries while granting a sense of enclosure, visual privacy, and atmosphere. Tree-lined paths give an opportunity for interaction while visual colored shrubs and creep grounds ground layer planting. The landscape as a whole offers comfort, a sense of community, and discovery, blending nature with a working space in symphony.
