The design is centered around the concept of streets and the maze-like qualities of villages, incorporating plinths and semi-open spaces next to enclosed areas to foster interaction and the exchange of ideas. This approach is integrated with climate-responsive strategies aimed at improving living conditions in a hot, dry climate. The clustering, spatial organization, materials, and construction techniques all stem from this concept and the need for climate adaptability.
