TRANSCENDING TRAILS

As one walks toward the site, the huge trees with large foliage serves as a welcoming area and a space for people to congregate. The space may be seen as a threshold, where the visitor experience a transition from a barren landscape to various types of vegeta tion; low- and mid-height bushes, acacia trees, and the canopies of those trees, and then one can sense the presence of a water body. The whole journey is curated by the presence of existing swales that cre ate a meander through the space. The Banayan is an another strong focal point from where another tran sition is experienced from a soft scape to hardscape which is a combination of semi open, open and en closed spaces
