Open Art Storage

The project reinterprets Herzog and De Meuron’s Open Art Storage in Seoul, South Korea. The program was contextualised when relocated to Ahmedabad.  Considering the architects expression, project and the site, certain interventions were made but still, the key features of the project were retained. The transformation of the original project from Seoul to Ahmedabad showcases an adaptation that respects both the architectural essence and the new context in a way that architects Herzog and De Meuron would imagine it to be.
