Artists Residency at Aalloa Hills

The project was to design an artists residency at Aalloa Hills near Ahmedabad housing about 11 artists at a time. The main features of the site are the hills, the valley, the banyan tree, the acacia and the river. The functional spaces required were residential units, work spaces (painting and sculpting workshop), multi functional space (dining, kitchen and exhibition space) and a caretakers residence.
