Through a holistic urban revitalization program, the project aims to foster community engagement, promoting art, and enhance urban connectivity and livability. Embracing principles of adaptive reuse and historic preservation, ATMA symbolizes a departure towards a more holistic approach to urban development to transform into a dynamic hub that reflects the city's past and shapes its future.
