Tagore Hall is envisioned as a bridge that will facilitate communication between separated modernist buildings and their local context. It tries to alter the building's narratives from national to local. In essence, the plan serves as a commentary on the continuing debate about concrete conservation. The project seeks to ensure Tagore Hall's lifespan while increasing the urban experience for its users by expanding its functioning to meet the community's daily needs. It represents a holistic approach to architectural preservation that strikes a balance between historical preservation and the dynamic evolution of urban environments.
