feeling spaces

I believe, Architecture is a tool to improve human living experience by creating an atmosphere for people to inhabit. The true purpose of architecture lies when an abstract idea of a space translates into a sensory human experience, a design that intends to find feelings rather than forms. Human emotions is what lies at the heart of architecture.
Design for me, cannot be merely seen as solutions of pragmatism but is a conscious creation that is extracted from personal feelings and is intended to move humans.
Thus, Functionality of architecture cannot be measured whether or not it is a practical design, but radical consideration of the atmosphere it creates is a a function of design too. My goal as an architect is to create subtle and meaningful spaces, that are comforting and are a relief to the mind and the eye.
