The central hub serves as a focal point, maximizing interaction potential. The incorporation of diverse apartment sizes and integrated commercial spaces enhances the community's versatility. Small passive transitional spaces within blocks create additional opportunities for residents to connect at various levels. In essence, the design prioritizes multi-level interaction, fostering a dynamic and cohesive living environment for the community.
