Residence in Divar Island, Goa

The design seeks to create an environment where walls are not confining but permeable, where spaces seamlessly blend, and where a deep connection to nature encourages interaction and unity. With its series of courtyards, the house integrates interior and exterior spaces, promoting an essence of external living rather than internalized living. Adaptive design guides the natural flow of users and energy throughout the space, responding dynamically to the needs of the moment. Rejecting traditional notions of front and back, the house features two entrances, with a strong datum of circulation guiding movement throughout the space.
