Considering the need of more Landscape and Socio – Communal spaces, this high-rise project offers continuous central Landscape in Site, common Stepped Terraces and high volume punctures in the Blocks and Pixelated balconies at the individual unit level. This project is located in GIFT city with the opportunity of the site near Sabarmati River. The project targets ‘Middle Income Group’ with the users – Small Family, Nuclear Family, Single Occupants (students/employees). Hence, creating a vertical housing which offers a place for all and creates a mixed environment in a sense of Micro City.
