Library Design - design for the future

The aim of the studio was to first define a Building and then to come up with a possible concept for an "Anti-building". For this purpose, a brief of designing a regional library in the city of Ahmedabad, near Gujarat Vidyapith, facing the Sabarmati Riverfront was given. The project focuses on providing a possible anti-building, in the background of a larger question of the future of the library building.
