Set in the old city of Ahmedabad, a hostel for the youth that gives a sense of belonging with respect to the surrounding physical context. The project given was to be able to develop a form around a set concept derived from the site itself. To give a traveller the feeling of belongingness through the "soothing incompleteness" of the building is the main aim. The institute thus gives space for one to contribute to the diverse culture as well as freedom to find oneself.
