The brief was to design a residential and commercial building in a high density historical setting near Rajwada palace in Indore,MP. The residential apartments were meant for bachelors and small families of 4-5 members each. The focus was how the design fits in the dense urban area, how the commercial and residential areas work well together in the same site and also how the design language and materiality is expressed in the design.
