Women and water are deep-rooted connection. Earlier, women went to fetch water for household usage from step wells, wells or rivers located at the outskirts of water. This was their only means to go out of the house and gather along with other women of the community. Envisaging the water treatment plant as the city's primary water source. It becomes a place of gathering and celebration for the women to meet. While gathering they exchange the art of Bagh printing at the center.  The prevalent feature of water treatment plant being at the background, inconspicuously yet with sneaky evidence of the presence of water which is captivated in a labyrinth of pipes runs in and around the site.
