The history of Mandvi is rich for its beautiful beaches and also, the place has been an important landmark for sea route trade in past. Today,it is the only place in the State of Gujarat where Trading Ships and boats are made.
Thus, in celebrating the pivotal role of the place, The Frametake Fly museum sits 60m into the Arabian sea connecting the populalr beach and the port area, in the outskirts of the Mandvi town. The museum envelopes the history of the making of ship building and its grass routes.
