OBJECTIVE : I believe any design should be clean, functional, effortless and easy to operate. Some of the major concerns while designing were its context, weight, storage for design material, bag pack, pin board etc. are taken into consideration. When it comes to aesthetics, Tabulerina is inspired by the ballerina's stance. The joints of legs of Tabulerina were connected such that they implies the continuous extension of dancers. Interpreting the movements of ballet dance, transforming dancer’s fluid-like moves are translated into the streamlined form of the table legs. And therefore, elegant MS legs imitate a ballerina’s legs while performing. Combining the fragility and strength of the ballet, Tabulerina is also stable, delicate, yet balanced and composed. Composition of Tabulerina : Table top - 1500 X 780 X 18 mm plywood Legs – MS box section 1’’ X 1’’ and 2’’ X 1’’ Pin Board – White board + Particle Board + Pivoted model stand
