ThermoSeal ScrewGuard, is a cap designed to reduce heat gains from the outside to the inside of a metal building, where self-tapping screws are used to fix the metal sheets. The design tries to tackle the water tightness and therefore, corrosion issue at these junctions. A small impact, but it goes a long way! After all, there are 32,000 of these installed on a facade such as ours at the PEB structure to be constructed at the CEPT campus.
