Crafting Connections: A Celebration of Art and Community

This studio focuses on ethnographic research to explore the lives, traditions, and practices of crafts persons. Through immersive fieldwork, and interviews, each project aims to gather rich narratives about their cultural heritage, crafting techniques, personal stories and lifestyles, with an aim to foster a sense of familiarity and emotional connection to resonate across audiences. The graphic novel, the story book and the storyboard, convey very pure and engaging narratives that harmonise a combination of crafting their lifestyles.
