Nestled in the serene landscapes of Gangtok, The Hotel is inspired by the sacred movement of prayer wheels in Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The architectural layout follows a circular movement, mirroring the kora, or meditative circumambulation, practiced around sacred sites. Each space within the hotel represents the different types of prayer wheels - offering guests an immersive experience of their spiritual significance. The hotel’s concept reflects Gangtok’s rich Buddhist heritage, spiritual traditions, and natural beauty. By blending architecture, tradition, and mindfulness, it offers more than just accommodation. It honours Sikkim’s legacy while creating a unique, immersive, and sustainable retreat, appealing to modern travellers seeking cultural depth and tranquility.
