This project aims to explore form flexibility with the use of a rigid material. It initiates with origami to understand from folding and further transforms the same principles with the use of PLA by the introduction of hinges. It takes a step further by exploring the possibility of flexion and compression in the same material. This exploration is put into use by designing a neck supporter/ comforter that helps people with slouching and neck pain while also providing cushioning.
