IAMA visitor center (Indian association for modern architecture visitor center) Heritage architecture is a term that refers to buildings or structures of historical or cultural importance. Modern architecture is based on abstraction, which is created by clean lines, basic shapes, and forms. Thus, simple, plain, geometric forms, rectangular shapes, and linear elements make the characteristics of modern architecture. Well curated functions can give new life to the buildings. recognizing these buildings and taking care of their wellness. this center can help preserve, conserve, restore modern architecture. Aim of the center is to To evoke awareness towards modern heritage. Provide a platform to discuss and to express the views on modern heritage, it's preservation and the function. designated space where matter of architecture resolved, discussed and displayed Platform to discuss matters regarding to future of modern architecture. in the sense of documenting it, compiling the documentation, exhibiting the work they are planning to introduce(like there was studio which was about adaptive reuse of premabhai hall so work of students can be exhibited too) probably introducing competitions.
