India, being a country of maximum middle class families, the most important mode of transport here is cheap public transport wherein buses play a key role. In a bus seating is provided for passengers, driver & conductor. Out of them, the driver's seat is most critical. The driver spends maximum time in bus while driving. This gives him mental and physical stress. If his seat is not comfortable than the lives of passengers is in jeopardy. His seat requires special attention. The key objective is to make the driver comfortable without taking a toll on his health, both mental and physical and bringing out his maximum productivity without causing discomfort to the passengers.
