Fractal geometry and Government offices works on same principles ,hierarchy , self similarity and cohesivity , and the core concept of part can act as a whole and whole can act as part. The aim was to create a system that provides  harmonious combination of collaborative and individual work spaces in government offices. Every department of government office has different work flow hence employees have different level of interaction among them. This system provides two types of desks one for manual work on files and other for the computer systems and a panel which can be used in various ways.
