The studio exercise was to create a recreational space inside a chosen object. It could be absolutely anything.
My
chosen
object was a bulb holder and the space I built inside it was a turkish hamman. The space was inspired from studying the daily routine of common people, with their
tiring lifestyle, and no time for relaxing and exercise.
The space was divided in 3 different floors. Each had a different kind of experience and each one had a different form of recreational activity.
1st Floor - It has a hot jacuzzi where people can freshen up and relax and chill. The space has stone flooring and cool colours to give a refreshing feel.
2nd Floor - It has an open view space where people can do aerobics and yoga. The space has wooden flooring and you can enjoy the view of nature from here.
3rd Floor - its a quiet space with warm and cool temperature settings where people always feel cozy and comfortable and meditate. The whole space is made of marble so that the experience is divine and soothing.
