The exercise begins with an understanding of differentiation/correlation between ‘Material’ and ‘Materiality’. Various projects having the same context as the three roles i.e Era, Standardization, and Collective study, were identified and analyzed to derive an argument that governed any design decision further taken while designing exhibition spaces for Leonardo Da Vinci’s Dream Machines. The common concept connecting all three roles is the creation of an experience through modulation contrast between design elements to create an environment where the exhibits become the main points of focus while the rest of the space enhances this effect.
