"How can informality be introduced in workplaces without the infringement of privacy" was the question addressed through this project. Hybrid programs like the introduction of VR Rooms, lounge rooms, evidence rooms and sleeping pods helped answer this question. Other features like maximizing sunlight for an open and welcoming interior, lounge furniture, smart glasses wherever needed and access to greenery also facilitated to achieve this.
